About Me

My photo
Mimi Beck Knudsen
In 2011, I left my job as a newspaper and magazine editor for what was to be a six-month vacation in France. Instead, my husband and I found a house we love in a lovely village in rural southwest France. Quiet and laid back (sometimes TOO quiet and laid back), we spend our time exploring nearby sites. And whenever possible, we travel. After all, we have Europe on our doorstep.
